Coburn provided a host of services to complete an expansion and remodel for this advertising and marketing consulting firm. A cafe was designed as its centerpiece. The office and conference space were designed to incorporate this amenity, which is used for breaks and informal meetings. Adjacent to the cafe is a commercial kitchen which is used as a testing lab for clients' new products and ideas.
