This public/private partnership involves the development of a key site near the heart of old town Fort Collins, Colorado. Incorporating a mix of residential and commercial uses, arranged around a pedestrian spine, this project includes 147 residential units and 30,000 square feet of commercial space, and builds upon the historic heritage of the old city center.
