This public/private partnership involves the development of a key site near the heart of downtown Fort Collins. Incorporating a mix of residential and commercial uses, arranged around a pedestrian spine, this project builds upon the historic heritage of the old city center. Balancing the interests of the residents with the general public, the project stimulates and revitalizes this downtown area. Incorporating extensive sustainability measures, the project places an emphasis on environmental responsibility, and its sensitive streetscape allows for an appropriate human scale.
