The Northstar neighborhood within the Holiday Drive-in development of North Boulder provides an integrated place to live and work. A healthy mix of uses, usable front porches, and small scale retail spaces all serve to make the pedestrian experience paramount. Mixed income was also a focal point, with 40 percent of the residential units being permanently affordable.
