Jim is the company’s Director of Construction, with responsibility for all construction endeavors, specializing in commercial construction, tenant finishes, residential construction and mixed-use projects. With more than 20 years of experience, Jim has managed award-winning developments, both small and large scale. He has overseen in excess of $100 million in construction during his tenure at Coburn. Jim is skilled in the implementation of green construction solutions, and was instrumental in the company earning the Certified Green Builder designation from the City of Boulder. He is a LEED Accredited Professional. Jim graduated from Fort Lewis College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
