century building

The Century Building is the cornerstone of the Century mixed-use development. The second and third floors of building are the home of Coburn Development's Boulder offices, and retail spaces anchor the ground floor, bringing activity to the street. The key idea of good land use was incorporated in many ways, including an adaptable retail plan to accomodate from one to three businesses, and a fully screened off-street parking area.
