12 maples

Named for twelve newly planted street trees, 12 Maples includes the renovation and landmarking of three historic structures, the construction of a new retail/office/loft building, and two single family homes. This urban infill and historic renovation project in Boulder successfully blends 10,000 square feet of commercial uses with 14 residential units. The development is a Historic Boulder award winner.
